Lull Telehandlers
Lull telehandlers have been in production since 1959. They specialize in load placement. For more accurate placement capabilities, their patented Stabil-Trak stability system offers much more precise placement capabilities. Lull telehandlers offer different optional attachments and these telehandlers could really help you complete your needs, whilst being efficient and safe at the worksite. If both accuracy and precision are a must, leave it to a Lull telehandler to complete everything you require.
The Future
In order to make rough terrain forklifts as efficient as possible, numerous attachments have been engineered and made like booms, winches, and rotating fork carriages, to enable the forklift to place materials more precisely. The booms or articulating booms come with 2 different extendible arms and are able to reach up and over structures in order to place loads on interior roof slope settings or in the upper or center floors. New attachments and products are being designed and developed all the time and would debut in the future.
Many improvements have been made with extra safety features becoming more prevalent. Like for instance, load-reach management devices are able to restrict the forklift's reach automatically, based on the load being handled as opposed to relying on the operator. Pressure sensors are used to be able to determine the load weight. This information is sent to a tiny electronic memory device that had all the load-reach limitations pre-programmed into it.
The boom's memory will compare the extension and the angle of the boom with the safety limits, when the load is being placed into position. There is a warning system or an important lock-up device that prevents the operator from over-reaching and potentially causing the forklift to tip over or the boom to fail.
